Conditions & Limitations

  1. Deliveries: If you cannot be present to take delivery, please arrange for someone to meet us. Please measure your space to ensure that the items you ordered will fit. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT DO NOT FIT IN YOUR HOME OR WILL NOT GO UP STAIRS. We are not responsible for damage that may occur while moving your existing furniture. Innbo offers free delivery within a 100-mile radius of the store.

  2. Damages: All delivered items must be inspected upon delivery. Please make note of any damage with the delivery person. Minor touch-ups can be handled upon delivery. Damaged items will be returned to be factory returned or replaced and then redelivered to you. 

  3. Cancellations: Upon the manufacturer’s acceptance of the order, we are unable to accept cancellations. We may, at our discretion, make an exception, in which a restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price will be applied. 

  4. Service: In-stock purchases may be returned within 7 days for full credit after inspection for damage. Custom orders may not be returned. Price quotes are good for 30 days.
